Landry Automobiles is looking for a bilingual, dynamic and punctual appointment attendant. Experience in a car dealership is an asset.

Tasks to perform:

- Answer and screen all incoming calls to the service;

- Make appointments for the after-sales service department;

- Insert a pre-appointment system;

- Follow up on customer safety recalls;

- Participate in various projects to increase workshop meeting hours;

- Advise customers according to the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations;

- Inform customers about warranty and other services;

- Track parts orders;

- Help technical advisors in monitoring the work;

- Perform any other related task.
